Rainbow brite!

(Jacket - Forever 21, dress - See You Monday via ModCloth, shoes - Jeffrey Campbell Cuffed)

Say hello to this triple threat of a dress! Neon, tie-dye, AND velvet. It is so very eye-catchingly bright and quite...unique. I don't know WHY I keep purchasing more dresses when I'm sure I have enough already, but I really really really couldn't resist it!

The balloon tiara just ensured that I felt like a My Little Pony the whole evening. I'm sure I got weird looks anyway, so might as well go big, right? ;)

Oh. And that is a flamingo hat. My friend's flamingo hat. It is seriously the most amusing and ostentatious balloon hat I have ever seen.

there's just one life to live.

(Top - Marshall's, bustier worn underneath - Mink Pink, high-waist shorts - American Eagle, necklaces - vintage and Forever 21)

Another exploration day! This one was different because it was to tour my soon-to-be University...It was really an engaging experience as it was all new to my eyes! Everything was so picturesque and I can't wait to be there for the entire experience when school commences again.

Also dropped by Urth Caffe for dinner as it was really nearby...HELLO KITTY LATTE ART. That was a new one. It was really cute and E did not want to drink it as it was "too cute". Sadly, it turned into a blob afterward...but good thing I immortalized it with a picture?

Fun times were had during the outing and of course, after it. This outfit kept me pretty cool while walking and climbing stairs...not to mention comfortable enough to handle all my food eating, too.

Um, trying to write a coherent blog post at 2 AM is not cutting it. Why am I even up this late? My sleeping schedule is all sorts of messed up :(

As pastel as it gets.

(Shirt - Forever 21, skirt - H&M Conscious Collection, sandals - Sam Edelman Trina, bag - Rebecca Minkoff, necklace - Forever 21)

I really need to wear more of the things I have in my wardrobe instead of adding to it all the time! Thought I'd take this skirt out for a spin again; do you remember it from a previous outfit post? :) Paired it with a shirt that I bought from Forever 21 a few weeks ago. Couldn't resist the ease and boxy cut of the shirt! Oh well...at least it will layer well? Yes?

On another note, finally caved and purchased the Sam Edelman sandals I posted about previously. The stacked metal heel is to die for! The sandal is all sorts of comfortable and I highly recommend you go for it if you're still holding out. ;)

Other than that...awaiting another package in the mail (le sigh...) and have a few things I still need to wear out. I've been bad. :(

p.s. I am addicted to Electric Shock. I've been listening to it non-stop for a couple of days now..

(Dress - Cameo, boots - Bedstu)

A fun day of eating all day (hehe) and random walks through pretty parks with lakes..and another round of instax photos. This Cameo dress was a splurge on my part, but it is well worth it! Lovely crochet lace sleeves with a flouncy skirt...perfect for outings like these. I am also a bit obsessed with the green Essie nail polish I am wearing! I can't seem to paint my nails any other color at the moment :P
